Crossfit is “Constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity.” Crossfit One Peak is an amazing and well-equipped facility, our focus is strength and conditioning using but not limited to barbells, bumper plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, and gymnastic rings. You will squat, deadlift, press, run, row, sprint, do pull-ups, push-ups, push sleds, carry weights and much more.


While providing fun and variety we also develop and implement structured cycles focused on all foundational movements to ensure progression in your strength, fitness level and ability to move your own body.

Every day you will come in and find a different workout programmed. These classes are conducted in a group environment lead by our brilliant and diverse coaching staff. Each workout is briefed, followed by a warm up and then all movements are coached before you do your workout. Our main goal is to teach you correct and safe movements; these are scaled to meet each individual’s ability and current fitness levels.


Crossfit will help you to improve your level of conditioning, improve strength and muscle mass as well as assist in fat loss.
